Negley Neighbors is a 41-unit senior development on Negley, Mellon, and Jackson Streets in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The units are arranged in one-, two-, and three- bedroom layouts affordable to resi- dents at 40%, 50% and 60% of the area median income
