Formerly known as the Affordable Housing Division of S & A Homes, Gatesburg Road Development was created in 2018 as a re-branding effort to promote our work of the past 20 years. Since its formation, the staff and ownership of Gatesburg have worked on more than 25 affordable housing developments in Pennsylvania, building over 1000 units of for sale and rental housing for low to moderate income households. Through our knowledge of financing, real estate development, construction and social services, we create complex structures to provide affordable housing.
