Gatesburg Road has developed over 500 units of affordable multifamily housing in Central and Western Pennsylvania. The demographic of the affordable family housing has evolved in our lifespan, with smaller families, less mobility, and challenged incomes for our tenants. We have adapted as many families need to do, changing our designs, amenities and structuring financing to accommodate these challenges.
